Company background

Where we came from

We’ve been providing services to contact centers since 1998, and quite simply it is in our DNA. Our people are experts in their field and combine decades of experience with passion, commitment, and innovation. We are dedicated to delivering first-class solutions and service to our customers.

We are a PCI DSS level 1 service provider, a Visa Merchant Agent, a Mastercard Service Provider, and a participating organization of the global PCI Security Standards Council.

We care about our customers. We provide training to ensure that our customers benefit fully from all CardEasy features and once they are up and running, they can rely on us for 24×7 support provided by our helpdesk and support teams.

CardEasy is built around your contact center and practices, meaning your operations remain as you want them. We are here to work with you to protect your customer’s data, as well as your company’s reputation. Our patented technology creates a secure payment environment, whatever channels your customers choose to use.

The future of telephone and digital payments

CardEasy secure payments

CardEasy was launched in 2011 and has grown steadily since then as contact centers are now faced with the stringent requirements of payment card PCI DSS data security regulation. Our DTMF solution for secure voice and ‘cardholder not present’ (CNP) payments fits the market need for a system which, at a stroke, resolves most of the controls required for card data security.

And so Syntec has continued to grow from an SME into an international, enterprise-scale operation with the attendant security and quality management processes to go with, in order to fulfil the needs of multi-site and multi-national operations at this level.
